Theresa Francois is an innovative and versatile speaker. She uses her background as an educator to bring interactive and inspiring trainings to her audiences.
Using humor, audience participation, storytelling and real-life anecdotes Theresa facilitates trainings on many topics some of which include stress management, goal setting, parenting, personal and professional development.
Theresa holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in elementary and special education. She also holds 2 NY State teaching licenses in Nursery-6 grade and Special Education and a School Administrator’s license. Theresa holds certificates in Mental Health First Aid for children and adults, and Substance Abuse Prevention.
Some of Theresa’s previous trainings have been held for Fortune 500 companies as well as St. John’s University, Hofstra University, Verizon, Anthem, and PSEG.
